1.What type of products does Valeside specialize in?

We mainly focus on your customized needs, any sheet metal parts, casting and machining parts are available for us, please send us your specifications and drawings and we will review.

2.Do I have to provide you a drawing for a quote?

No, but we prefer to review your drawings firstly so can better understand your design (material, dimensions tolerance, surface finish…etc.) which is huge important before we quote you accurately. Of course, you can just give us your ideas and our team will make the drawings to confirm with you.

3.Can I buy the parts listed on your website?

No, the parts listed on our website are not standard produced parts. VALESIDE customizes the parts or assemblies per drawings or specifications, all the products we listed on our website are samples just to help our customers better understand our capabilities. All the designs belong to our customers that we are not able to sell to anyone else. If you want to make your own products, please send us your own designs to proceed with. Thank you for your understanding.

4.What is the process to work with VALESIDE?

STEP 1/ Send us your inquiry together with drawings and detailed requirements.

STEP 2/ Our team will review your demands and make DFM report to communicate something if needed. If no questions, we will quote you based on your inquiry.

STEP 3/ If pricing accepted, we need 50% tooling cost and we will invest another half to start the tooling process. After the 1^st samples approved, you pay us the rest 50% tooling cost together with 30% deposit of batch order. Then we start the mass production.

STEP 4/ Goods finished and you can let your forwarders/agent contact us for the shipment, also if small volume/weight goods we can provide you air solution freight quote based on FedEx, DHL, and UPS. When the goods shipped on board and we received the draft BOL from the agent, you pay us the rest goods cost.
